Shipping

We ship via UPS and USPS to all 50 states,Canada, some EU countries and Australia. We do NOT ship to PO Boxes. So, please provide an actual address for your shipment. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping rates for you, based on the items and the shipping option you choose. Please also note that the shipping rates for many items are size and/or weight-based.

Please allow us 48 hours to get your order ready to be shipped.

Please provide a reliable shipping address. If a UPS or USPS tracking confirmation indicates that an order has been delivered, then we are not responsible for re-shipping or a refund of the order, if it has been lost.

Sales Tax

Our business is based in California, therefore by law we have to charge 7.25 % sales tax to California residents. No sales tax to orders from any other state and Canada.

Returns Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of delivery for a full refund or store credit. We'll also give you store credit for the cost of shipping if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect item). You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to7 business days). If you need to return an item, simply login to your account, view the order using the "Complete Orders" link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item button. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've received and process the returned item.

Please let us know any damaged items in 48 hours of receiving it. We're not responsible of any damaged items due to shipping if you don't claim it in that time period.
